LPIN Officer Candidates
The following people have declared their intention to seek election as an LPIN officer at the 2025 LPIN Annual Convention by submitting the LPIN Officer Nomination form prior to March 21st, 2025.
Chair
LPIN: member since 2010 (Lifetime, Triple, 1994 Society)
LP: member since 2010 (Lifetime)
It has been an honor to server as the LPIN Chair these last 4 years. Together we have expanded upon the foundation built by those leaders, candidates, and volunteers that came before us.
While the national party and several states have seen dramatic decreases in fundraising and membership, Indiana has continued to grow our revenue and maintain membership levels. Indiana is the number 1 affiliate for national membership per capita and in the top 10 for overall national membership.
We continue to be a leader in candidate recruitment and election victories across the country. In 2024, and for the first time in over 20 years, we filled all 9 of our US House races. Indiana accounted for one third of all the Libertarians elected in 2022 (and we did it with straight ticket voting and partisan races).
My focus in 2025 will be to get the remaining training platforms up and running, recruit more Statehouse and local candidates than ever before, get our amazing county parties the materials and support they need to foster local growth, build relationships with aligned activist and advocacy groups, and raise funds for direct 2026 candidate support.
The focus in 2026 will be all hands on deck for the Secretary of State race (our ballot access race) to bring us over the 10% mark for major party status. But that doesn’t mean we neglect all of the other candidates who stepped forward to run. We must ensure that they too have the resources and support they need from the State and County party.
Vice Chair
LPIN: member since 2018 (Lifetime)
LNC: member since 2016
I have called Indianapolis home since 2017, where I live with my wife and three children. Professionally, I have been in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years, currently working as a Production Supervisor for an international medical device manufacturing company.
Prior to moving to Indiana, I lived in Nebraska, where in 2016, I served as the Nebraska State Director for Gary Johnson’s presidential campaign. That same year, I re-founded my county Libertarian affiliate, strengthening the party’s local presence and outreach efforts.
After moving to Indianapolis, I quickly shifted my focus to the Libertarian Party of Indiana, where I was appointed LPIN Political Director in 2018, a position I served in until 2022. During that time, I was also elected as the Region 3 Alternate Representative on the Libertarian National Committee (LNC) and served as the State Director for the Jo Jorgensen campaign in 2020.
I want to serve as the LPIN Vice Chair to support LPIN members, candidates, and our Chairman in achieving our party’s goals. Our movement is only as strong as the foundation behind it, and I believe in providing our members and candidates with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to drive real change in their communities.
Those who know me can attest to my lifelong commitment to Libertarian principles and my dedication to ensuring that our children inherit more freedom than we have today.

Treasurer
LPIN: members since 2023 (Triple, 1994 Society)
LNC: member since 2023
I have been serving this year as the Assistant Treasurer for the LPIN and feel I am ready to fill the role as Treasurer. I work in banking managing business clients and as a finance manager. In 2024 I was the Treasurer for Lauri Shillings’ congressional campaign.
Secretary
LPIN: Triple and 1994 Society
LNC: Yes
Assistant Secretary of the State Central Committee, Libertarian Party of Indiana (elected October 2024).
I am deeply passionate about my family, my community, and making the world a better place for everyone. I strive to contribute to a society where individuals have more freedom and autonomy, and where government interference is minimal.
I was born in a small town in Texas, spending part of my childhood there while my father served in the military. Most of my youth was spent in southern Indiana near the Ohio River. I attended small Catholic schools throughout my early education and participated in sports, school bands, and student council. These formative experiences laid the foundation for my current political involvement.
After high school, I attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising Communication and Sociology. During my time at Purdue, I served as Secretary of my dorm council, DJ’d for the dorm radio station, and was involved in the station’s management board. I also enjoyed playing intramural soccer.
Since college, I have held various roles, though most of my time has been dedicated to volunteering for special projects and campaigns. I’ve been privileged to serve on campaign teams for Joe Hauptmann (Indiana House of Representatives, District 87 – 2010), Donald Rainwater (Governor of Indiana – 2020), Jeff Maurer (Indiana Secretary of State – 2022), and Donald Rainwater (2024).
Beyond campaigning, I’ve worked with environmental organizations to ensure companies remain in compliance with environmental safety regulations. I also gained valuable experience in global marketing at a VOIP technology company, which helped me build confidence in creative strategy and marketing.
When I’m not working or volunteering, I love spending quality time with my family and friends, whether that’s staying in to play games or traveling to new places. I’m an avid reader and committed to learning something new every day. My leadership abilities have been recognized by several organizations, and I’m honored to have been nominated multiple times for the LPIN Joe Hauptmann Campaign Leadership Award, winning in 2023 for my work on the Maurer for Indiana Secretary of State campaign. I’ve also quickly risen to supervisory roles in various capacities thanks to my ability to build and lead effective teams.
In the short term, I aim to become the acting secretary of the Libertarian Party of Indiana’s State Central Committee. Long-term, I am focused on spreading the message of Libertarian principles to increase awareness and visibility. I want to see more Libertarian candidates on the ballot and in office, and ultimately, I envision a world where government has less control over our personal lives and financial matters. Above all, I want to create a world where I can confidently leave a legacy for my loved ones.
